Join Baseline at the Ontario East Municipal Conference (OEMC)

Join Baseline in Kingston, Ontario on September 14 – 16, 2005 for the Ontario East Municipal Conference (OEMC), the largest annual municipal conference held east of Toronto. You can find us at Booth #33 where we will be showcasing our Economic Development Analyzer.  This web based application conveys economic, planning, utility, geographic and demographic information and important points of interest to an individual or an organization involved in the site selection process.

On Thursday, September 15 at 5:00PM, Baseline will be hosting a Wine and Cheese Executive Briefing in the Rideau Room at the Ambassador Hotel to discuss the challenges of attracting site selectors.

This conference is designed to be of interest to municipal elected and appointed officials. Current topics relating to provincial legislation and its impact on the municipal sector, economic development issues, agriculture and tourism activities are presented throughout this three day event. Along with plenary sessions, numerous workshops feature speakers with hands-on, practical experience of interest to small rural, medium and urban communities.

Partnering to bring this event is Ontario East Economic Development Commission (OEEDC) and the Ontario Ministry of Municipal Affairs & Housing (MMAH).
