Frank MacEachern — Owner and Vice President of Operations

Frank MacEachern has 20 years of experience as a professional consultant and project manager, specifically in the field of location intelligence.

Frank has extensive experience consulting to both private and public sectors, at all levels of government, focusing on Location Intelligence and mobile solutions with a strong understanding and emphasis in project management.

Most recently, Frank led the project team that conceived, designed and developed Baseline Compliance Manager™.

Thomas Bierbach, CISM, CISA - Owner and Vice President, Risk Advisory and Compliance Solutions

Thomas is a trusted advisor in the field of risk management and security & compliance in the Gaming and Lottery industry, where he works with organizations in the identification and implementation of security & compliance programs and solutions in support of player protection and operational excellence.

Thomas also provides executive leadership in the market and brand development for Baseline’s GIS/GPS and mobile technology supported Geo Compliance & Inspection solutions.

Thomas has over 25 years of international corporate experience, combining extensive technology and risk management expertise with strong business acumen. He spent the last six years with Atlantic Lottery, last in the role of Director of Security & Compliance, where he provided key leadership to the organization in security & compliance operational improvements, enabling Atlantic Lottery to be among the leaders in Lottery Security and Player Protection. For three years he has also represented Canada as Co-Chair on the World Lottery Association Security & Risk Management Committee (WLA SRMC) with the mandate to develop and propagate standards of integrity, security and player protection in the lottery and gaming industry on a global level.

Chris Leary, CA - Owner and Vice President of Finance

Mr. Chris Leary, CA joined the management team at Baseline in June as Chief Financial Officer. Chris has over 24 years of experience as a professional advisor including 15 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers and for the last six years has been operating C-TEC Consulting Inc. He has extensive experience consulting to both the private and public sectors focusing on financial control and risk management; program and project management & operation; and systems development and software implementation with a strong understanding and emphasis on information technology projects.

Brian Gallant — Senior GIS Consultant

Brian is Baseline’s GIS and Mobile Mapping consultant and trainer and has been employed with Baseline since 1997.

Brian is responsible for providing project and product consulting services to Baseline’s clients. He has extensive experience in leading GBM Mobile projects. Main duties include database design and GBM Mobile for development. He is also Baseline’s principle trainer and curriculum developer for all of our training programs.

Andrew Lush — Senior Application Developer

Andrew is Baseline’s senior programmer and has been employed with Baseline since 1998.

Andrew’s distinct competencies include 20+ years in software design and development and extensive knowledge of Network and Web-based database and GIS software development in Microsoft Studio.net, MapX and MapXtreme environments.

Jennifer MacFadyen - Office Manager

Jennifer has 15 years of experience as an office manager and is well qualified to undertake all of the administrative functions at Baseline.  She has exceptional organizational skills and supports management and staff with the day-to-day operations of the business, sales and marketing, and human resource activities.

Chris VanHorn - Solution Support Specialist

Chris joined the Baseline team in 2012.  He is our Solution Support Specialist and brings with him 13 years of professional experience in the technology industry. Among his many competencies, Chris builds, manages and maintains computer and network systems and infrastructure.  He has a broad knowledge base in which to deliver solid and sustainable solutions to our clients.
